Our logistics department is a key link in Cofinox’s value chain. We design customized logistics strategies that guarantee the timely, secure, and traceable distribution of each order.

The entire system is digitalized and integrated into a Technology 4.0 environment, allowing for real-time monitoring of inventory, shipments, and warehouse status.

Logistics models adapted to each client

We offer three logistics systems that adapt to different supply needs:

Picking by reference

We prepare and store component sets or kits to facilitate final product assembly at the customer’s facilities, improving efficiency and reducing integration times.

Deliveries by Kanban system

We schedule regular deliveries on demand, synchronized with the customer’s production pace. Ideal for avoiding stockouts and optimizing material flow.

Stock Management under agreement

We store finished or semi-finished products under specific agreements to ensure immediate response to urgent requests. This system ensures guaranteed availability without overloading the client’s warehouses.

Our logistics infrastructure in figures

We have a highly technical and flexible logistics system that allows us to respond quickly and securely to any distribution need:

We store more than 100 tons of processed sheet metal per month.
We manage up to 80 pallets of material per day.
We have a 750 m² warehouse for semi-finished products and 150 specific levels for sheet metal.
We have a smart warehouse, equipped with 40 automated trays (2500×800 mm), with barcode reading.
The entire system is computer-managed in real time, allowing for efficiency, traceability, and absolute control over inventory and distribution.
